Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Your daily tasks at GP:
As a Communication and Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in developing and managing our brand image while supporting marketing and sales activities.

Communication Strategy:

  • Define and implement the company’s overall communication strategy in alignment with our commercial objectives.
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity and messaging across all platforms (print and digital).
  • Identify relevant topics to communicate about and include them in the company’s communications (CSR, environmental commitments, etc.).

External Communication:

  • Write and distribute attractive content (press releases, newsletters, articles, etc.).
  • Organize communication campaigns and product promotions.

Internal Communication:

  • Design and manage internal communication tools.
  • Increase employee engagement through awareness actions and internal events.

Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Manage relationships with service providers and partners.

Marketing and Sales Support:

  • Create marketing materials (brochures, sales presentations, product sheets).
  • Participate in the development of targeted marketing campaigns to support commercial prospecting.
  • Analyze the impact of communication actions and suggest areas for improvement.

Who are you?
Education: Bac +3/+5 in communication, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, with a focus on marketing and sales.
Sector Knowledge: A passion for renewable energy, particularly solar energy, is essential.

Your strengths:

  • Excellent proficiency with digital communication tools (CMS, social media, email marketing tools).
  • Good knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Suite) and project management tools.
  • Ability to analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Professional level of English to work in an international environment.
